Hail Mary
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Prayer for the morning
Lord, in the silence of this dawning day, I come to ask for peace, wisdom and strength. I want to look at the world today with eyes full of love; to be patient, understanding and gentle, to see Your children beyond appearances as You do and, thus, to see only the good in each of them. Close my ears to all slander, guard my tongue from all malevolence, and may only words that bless remain in my soul. May I be benevolent and happy so that all who come near me feel Your presence. Oh, Lord, clothe me with Your beauty and may I reveal You to others throughout this day. Amen.

Holy Angel of the Lord, my zealous guardian. If Divine piety has entrusted me to you, Always rule me, guard me, govern me, enlighten me. Amen.
