First Day
Blessed are those who put their trust in God
The soul that trusts in My mercy is the happiest, because I Myself care for it (D. 1273). I grant you My trust and I give you everything you ask of Me (D. 453).
I don't understand how it is possible not to trust in the One who can do everything. With Him everything, and without Him — nothing. He is the Lord and will not allow, nor consent, those who have placed all their trust in Him to be confused (D. 358).
Saint Faustina, obtain for me the grace of filial trust in the Lord God — who can accomplish all things. He is Wisdom itself and loves us with an eternal love.

Second Day
Trust as a response to the knowledge of the mystery of God's Mercy
Everything that exists is enclosed in the bowels of My mercy in a deeper way than the child in its mother's womb. How much pain the lack of trust in My goodness causes Me. The sins that hurt Me most painfully are those of distrust (D. 1076).
Now I know that even chosen and advanced souls in religious or spiritual life do not have the courage to trust God fully. And this happens because few souls know the unfathomable mercy of God, His great goodness (D. 731).
Saint Faustina, help me to delve more and more deeply into the mystery of God's mercy; Help me to discover the goodness of God so that I can trust Him more and more and not hurt Him with my distrust.

Third Day
Faith
What you are seeing in reality, these souls see by faith. Oh! how pleasing their great faith is to Me (D. 1420).
I ardently ask the Lord to deign to strengthen my faith, so that, in everyday and monotonous life, I do not allow myself to be carried away by human dispositions, but by the spirit. Oh! how everything attracts man to the earth! But living faith keeps the soul in higher spheres, and assigns to self-love the place that suits it, that is — the last (D. 210).
Saint Faustina, obtain for me a strong and living faith, so that I come to know God's merciful love towards creatures, so that the more I know Him, the more I want to trust Him.

Fourth Day
Hope
The souls who resort to My mercy cause Me great joy. To these souls I grant graces that exceed their requests (D. 1146).
Even if I had on my conscience the sins of the whole world and the sins of all condemned souls, I would not doubt the goodness of God, but without thinking I would throw myself into the abyss of God's mercy, which is always open to us, and with the heart reduced to dust, I would cast myself at His feet, submitting myself entirely to His holy will, which is Mercy itself (D. 1552).
Saint Faustina, obtain for me a resolute hope, so that, on my path to heaven, I can always count on God's forgiveness and the help of His grace in every situation, particularly in difficult times.

Fifth Day
Love
I am Love and Mercy itself and there is no misery that can be measured with My mercy, nor will misery exhaust it, since as it is given – it increases (D.1273). It was love that brought Me and love holds Me back. My daughter, if you knew what great merit and reward a single act of pure love has for Me, you would die of joy. I tell you this, so that you may continually unite with Me through love (D. 576).
Love, love and once again love to God! There is nothing superior to this, neither in heaven nor on earth. The most sublime thing is the love of God, and authentic greatness lies in loving Him. True wisdom also consists in this love for God. Everything that is noble and beautiful — is in God; Outside of God there is no beauty or greatness (D. 990).
Saint Faustina, obtain for me an ardent love for God, so that I may love Him above all things, and love all things out of love for Him.

Sixth Day
Humility
It is not great buildings and magnificent installations that give Me satisfaction, but a pure and humble heart (D. 532). The torrents of My grace flood humble souls. The proud are always in poverty and misery, because My grace moves away from them towards humble souls (D. 1602).
Oh! how beautiful the humble soul is. God denies nothing to such a soul. A soul like this is omnipotent, it influences the destiny of the entire world. God exalts such a soul to His throne, and the more it lowers itself, the more God leans towards it, pursues it with His graces and accompanies it at all times with His power. Such a soul is united with God in the most profound way (D. 1306).
Saint Faustina, obtain for me the grace of true humility, so that I can accept the truth about God, the world and myself. May this make me more confident, like a child in relation to his heavenly Father, and make me recognize my dependence on Him as Creator, Savior and sanctifier.

Seventh Day
Contrition
I am thrice Holy and I abhor the smallest sin. I cannot love a soul stained by sin, but when he repents, there are no limits to My generosity towards him. My mercy encompasses and justifies you. With My mercy I pursue sinners in all their ways, and My Heart rejoices when they return to Me (D. 1728).
What makes me suffer the most is when I encounter falsehood. Now I understand you, my Savior, for having so severely rebuked the Pharisees for their hypocrisy. You dealt more kindly with hardened sinners, when they turned to You with contrition (D. 1579).
Saint Faustina, obtain for me the grace of sincere contrition for all sins, and even for the smallest infidelity, since this was the cause of Jesus' terrible passion. May the contrition of my heart obtain forgiveness for my guilt and strengthen my trust in God's mercy.

Eighth Day
God's Will
My daughter, you give Me the greatest glory by patient submission to My will, and you accumulate for yourself such great merits that you could not achieve either through fasting or any kind of mortification. You must know, My daughter, that if you submit your will to Mine, you will attract My special predilection upon you. This sacrifice is pleasing to Me and full of sweetness. I delight in him, he has power (D. 904).
The Lord has given me the light of a deeper knowledge of His will and, at the same time, a total submission to this holy will of God. This light confirmed me in deep peace, giving me the understanding that I had nothing to fear except sin. Whatever God sends me, I accept with complete submission to His holy will.
Wherever I place myself, I will seek to faithfully fulfill His holy will and do everything that pleases Him, to the extent that is within my power, even if this will of God is so arduous and painful for me (D. 1394). Submitting myself entirely to His holy will, which is Mercy itself (D. 1552).
Saint Faustina, obtain for me the grace to fulfill God's will faithfully, always and everywhere, so that I can express my trust in the Lord God.

The Vase of Trust
The graces of My mercy are harvested with a single vessel, which is trust. The more the soul trusts, the more it will receive. Souls of unlimited trust give Me great consolation, because in such souls I pour out all the treasures of My graces (D. 1578).
O Lord, my love, I thank you for today, for allowing me to draw treasures of grace from the source of Your unfathomable mercy. O Jesus, not only today, but every moment I gather from Your unfathomable mercy everything that the soul and body can desire (D. 1178).
Saint Faustina, help me to obtain a large vessel of trust, so that I can attract with it graces not only for myself, but also for the Church, for my homeland, for the entire world, and especially for the souls who doubt God's mercy.
